Shipping, Return, Cancellation and Refunds Policy
Our aim is total customer satisfaction. Drones are to be flown only by skilled pilots and piloting errors are not covered under refund or warranty.
- Order cannot be cancelled once placed.
- We ship all of our packages to the shipping agency. From there the courier is then delivered to the destination address as soon as possible. If you have any special request for shipping/packaging/courier options, please feel free to mail us.
- A Tracking ID will be provided after the package has been shipped.
Returned items must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging and in the condition they were received or may not be eligible for refund or be subject to a restocking fee. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.
Orders are processed with immediate effect after placed. Therefore it is possible to cancel the order. If you still want to CANCEL your order, please mail us at email@example.com.
(Cancellation of order will be made possible under very specific approvals and after stringent verification of proofs. Hence we request our dear customers to exercise caution while placing orders )
Ajeet Drones will not issue refunds for products purchased through other entities, such as distributors or retail partners.
Refund for products purchased directly, in case approved, will be provided after calculating the time and energy invested by our manpower for their work done, which is not returnable. All the processing fees, payment gateway charges, admin fees, and cost of resources for the work done, will be deducted. Further, we can’t refund any money which is paid to government bodies.
